GODS PROMISE’S ARE JUST THAT! And because of His glory and excellence, He has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires. The promises to those who are partakers of a Divine nature, will cause us to inquire whether we are really renewed in the spirit of our minds; let us turn all these promises into prayers for the transforming and purifying grace of the Holy Spirit. The believer must add knowledge to his virtue, increasing acquaintance with the whole truth and will of God. We must add temperance to knowledge; moderation about worldly things; and add to temperance, patience, or cheerful submission to the will of God. God has promised to supply every need we have. God has promised that His grace is sufficient for us. God has promised that His children will not be overtaken with temptation. God has promised us victory over death. God has promised that all things work together for good to those who love and serve Him faithfully. God has promised that those who believe in Jesus and are baptized for the forgiveness of sins will be saved. God has promised His people eternal life These promises from God are ONLY for those who believe, nothing more nothing less and nothing else, Period!
