GODS WORD FOR DAILY LIVING Scripture Reading For Today; (Timothy 1) And I thank Jesus Christ our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry. although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man, but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Jesus Christ. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ, might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life. Timothy 1:12-16) He counted me faithful, Paul, who by his own words said, he was a blasphemer, persecutor, and insolent, was chosen by God, to spread His word to the whole world by his ministry, and by the Written Word inspired by God for all of us. But like many of us Paul was a man who allowed satan to infect his mind with lies. We are all chosen for Gods work, even before we were born, and like Paul we chose to be deceived by satan, some of us listened to God and followed His plan for our lives but many did not. God gave us that choice, hoping we would follow Him. But we, can as Paul did, turn our lives around and become what God wants us to be. Gods love for us is greater that satans lies and Gods wants that none should parish, but have everlasting life through Jesus Christ. Are you ready to begin a walk with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? He is waiting for you, and has a plan for your life, no matter how bad you may have been. He Loves You!
