GODS WORD FOR TODAY! Matthew 27:51 (KJV)! And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent. The veil between God and man has been rent open by Jesus death on the cross! In the Old Covenant, men didnt have access to Gods presence. On special occassions, only the high priest could go into Gods holy presence. They were the madiators of the Old Covenant. They would stand before God on mans behalf and offer special sacrifices for their sins and other rituals, so that their wishes would be granted. It is not so any more! For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5). Jesus has become the mediator of the New Covenant. Hes now our High Priest (Hebrews 4: 14). He has granted us the free access into Gods presence. Were free to go into His presence and ask for forgiveness when we sin. This is why Paul writes in Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Now, knowing what Jesus has done for us, you can now come boldly before God and ask for anything according to His will, Hell hear you! God Bless You! #inspirationgospel
