(GODs LOVE THAT CANNOT BE BROKEN)The kind of giving that we are advised to engage in the bible is that which is sacrificial.That is,giving that costs us honestly.This is the kind of giving that God promises to reward,While giving always has its reward,sacrifices has better reward.When God gave us Jesus Christ,it was sacrificial.It costs Him.When Abraham gave Isaac,it was sacrificial,a great cost on him.These are the kinds of giving that cannot be denied rewards.King David understood this well that was why he insisted on sacrificial giving to God.(2Sam.24:24).Solomon also shared this fathers conviction.This was why he undertook such sacrifices offering that made God to rend the Heavens to come through his sacrifices to offer him an open check for all His blessings.(1 Kings 3:4-5)Sacrificial giving is a key to provoking Gods attention,remembrance and intervention.God watches out to bless sacrifice givers.He calls them up for His blessing(Psalm 50:5).Note that sacrifice includes anything or service that we offer in the name and love of God and His Kingdom that honestly costs us.We could sacrifice our time,service,money and other material things for Gods sakes.We should do it in faith also expect Divine rewards.
