GOLD prices have risen to $1,238.84 on Friday at 12.30 pm PST, after reaching a 7 month low at $1,232 with a 0.35% negative change in a day, as the speculation of rising borrowing costs have increased US Dollar prices. The Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index rose 0.1 percent to $1,048.59. However Dollar prices may decline after the report on Wednesday that US jobless claims unexpectedly increased, before the Federal Reserve meets on Sep. 16-17. The 4-hour RSI is 31.6 and Stochastic at 29 indicate the market inclined towards the oversold region, from where buying may be beneficial.
