GOLDEN SEAL Golden seal is a recommended natural anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, bacteriostatic against staphylococcus. It is known as the natural anti-biotic and most importantly the herb that packs the punch with inflammatory conditions such as sinusitis, colds and flu. It is drying to mucous surfaces and therefore indicated in all forms of catarrh (respiratory, vaginal etc.). It is good for ear infections, bleeding gums and Tinnitus. It is best taken as a tincture 3 – 4 times daily, dosages appropriate to ages and weight (see label for the correct dosages). Golden Seal should not be taken for longer than 10 days.
