GOOD MORNING HONDURAS! God has asked me to share my newest meditation with you to start your day. He would eventually like me to teach you how to meditate with crystals and astral project into the heavens, but that is very advanced so we wont get to that until later. Okay, first, play attached song with eyes closed... Sit for a moment breathing in and out through your nose... feel your tummy rise and fall. Feel your body, feel your toes, your fingers, your shoulders and neck, feel your nose and lips. Next, we are going to imagine Jesus is above us, He is a golden figure of light. He feels so good so close by. We ask him to descend into us... Jesus lowers and enters your body. He is now inside of you, breathing with you. Next you imagine his light turning bright, bright white. He is so bright you are glowing from outside of your body. Your glow reaches the entire room. Sit there for a moment imagining His beautiful light everywhere... feel Him purifying you inside and out, He is revitalizing you. When you are ready, you may open your eyes. You have just cleansed your personal energy, your soul. Drink a glass of water because you are now dehydrated from the energy work. Have a beautiful Monday!
