GOOD MORNING! Here is your healthy tip for yesterday, Monday, April 28, 2014 form Ilene Yalen our dietitian. :-) Eating out at restaurants often? Because of the likelihood of eating more calories, salt and total fat than you would have if you made your own meal, a good guideline would be to limit restaurant meals to a couple of times a week. Put more effort in making simple, organic meals that are sure to be more balanced in nutrients and higher in nutrition content.
