GOOD MORNING JACKSON..Friday..TGIF..69 degrees here on the Ridge Walked outside to breathe some humid but Fresh Mountain..AIR..came in and sat at my DEACONS BENCH..Talked and Prayed to GOD our CREATOR..and..JESUS..our..SAVIOR..began to think about all the fun we will have this weekend at the Breathitt County Honey Festival..the booths..the various snack food that always tastes better while walking around Town..looking forward to the Gospel Singing on Sunday from Noon till 6PM..seeing the Museum open from 10 AM till 6PM on Saturday..the parade and all the folks we will get to see and talk to..It really should be a lot of fun..and folks need to get out and be with real live people..I feel as a kid when I was ready to jump into the creek and submersed myself in the humanity of other folks it revitalizes you..I know I said I quit looking into mirrors but maybe I need to reconsider that..Yesterday I went to the Bank and Post Office..and a nice lady about forty said here sir let me get that door for you..this happened not once but twice..maybe Im not the youthful full of energy kid my minds eye sees..Maybe the Gray a Hair and a few hard earned wrinkles show me different than I see myself..but I still walk with the same spry to my walk as I did as a Youth..Maybe More moisturizer is the answer..Looking forward to the smiling faces and conversations I will experience..and all I have to do is go to Town..Wishing I could hear my Grandma say one more time Youre such a pretty boy...So I guess I will slowly look into a mirror in a low lit bathroom..and see what I imagine I look like..Very short post today..excited about getting ready to walk through town and relive memories of Jackson..Ive known for so many years..and Im going to eat out all weekend..we have two new restauerants..Kelseys in town and Millers at the bottom of my Ridge..and of course Sheilas Variety Pizza or the White Flash..hope I dont end up back in the hospital but I will have Diane watching every bite I eat..no point today just urging you to get out if the house and see old friends and neighbors..and live life..So get up and Thank GOD and JESUS for Another Day of..LIFE..Talk and Pray to them for GUIDANCE..and..MEDITATE to receive through your SOUL..or SPIRIT..their Blessings..Be a Nice and Kind and Positive..Do Somrthing a Nice for Someone..ELSE..And enjoy and have a HAPPY..WEEKEND..and May..GOD..and..JESUS..BLESS..us..ALL..today is truly the first day of the rest of your life..WILL TALK LATER..LOVE JERRY...
