SNAP (Spay Neuter Assistance for Pets) offers free vouchers to qualifying families for a spay or neuter procedure at participating local veterinarians. The next voucher session will be held Saturday, January 10th, at the Sweetwater City Hall 10-11am. Vouchers are available to qualified Monroe County residents.
