As a Customer Service Executive, you, • Must have pleasant personality and friendly. • Shall be dealing directly customers by telephone, by email or visual call (National Control Centre). • Shall empathize customer’s situation. • Shall respond to and resolve queries in the best interest of both customers and the company timely. • Must be willing to build long-term relationship with customers. • Are able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company. • Shall be able to use automated information systems to analyses the customer’s situation. • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken. Pre-requisites • A Malaysian citizen with at least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline. • Candidate with working experience in card centre, telemarketing, banking operations or customer service are highly recommended to apply. • At least 1 year customer service experience. • Must be willing to work on shift (we are operating on 24/7). Off day does not necessary fall on weekend or public holidays. • Excellent command in English and Malay. • Must possess own transportation.
