GOOD NEWS: The management at Hardees were responsive to my concerns. It turns out that this man has been a problem for other reasons in the past. It also turns out that the Hispanic lady and her children are frequent weekend customers, and are always polite and never cause problems. In all my time there, I didnt know it, but there is closed circuit camera in the restaurant and the whole incident was on video exactly as I told it. They plan to confront this man, and say that Hardees has a zero tolerance for hate speech!! Yay!!!
