The State Courts mix Common Law, the original LAWFUL law, with Maritime/Admiralty law, which is UNLAWFUL, to CONFUSE and be foisted upon the American People (as in We The People) as We are the ordained rulers and higher powers of God and as the rulers we are NOT subject to Maritime/Admiralty law in our Courts, unless we CHOOSE to accept such shackles upon our God endowed unalienable Rights. Ask the Judge, AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TRIAL, before the Jury of your peers, if he will obey his OATH to Support and Defend The Constitution or will he be applying Maritime/Admiralty law against it. If he states that he will not obey his oath to apply Constitutional law in the Court, state let the record of the Court reflect that the Judge has stated that he will not support nor defend The Constitution in this courtroom as required under his Oath of Office and have the Jury make note of it, and ask them to dismiss the Judge on the basis of his refusal to adhere to his Oath. Ask the Jury to have the bailiff remove the Judge as he is NOT obeying the Laws ordained and established upon him (see preamble of The Constitution) by the people who elected him into office; as it is the job of the bailiff to Support and Defend the Constitution against ALL Enemies, both foreign and domestic.
