GOODMORNING! Today, I will always remember that rosebush that grows on back of my fathers home, and how it grows wild! It was always unsightly because of little care, it seemed like my father would water it from time to time but he never had time to have it trimmed! I never had the tools to keep it maintained either so it just grew really wild! We were at impasse; but thst rosebush still thrived! Every summer season I would see its flowers, and those flowers would warm my heart, even though the flowers were the simple roses with few petals with its viney appearance! Unlike the big full cultivated variety! And when those blooms were gone, the rose hips grew large. The fruit of rose plant really hung heavy this year! And even though my father is now passed ; after over 25 years, the soul of this sturdy, tenacious plant still strives to survive, with its continuity in the seeds the flowers leave behind! And that rosebush still grows wild! Oh heart... if one should say to you, that the soul perishs like the body; answer ... that the flower withers, but the seed remains!
