GOSH I am really stepping out my comfort zone here.... I feel really uncomfortable with some of these relaxation exercises and I was told that it was just the warm up for rehearsals.....LOL Todays warm up exercise, was going round kissing each other on the cheeks and hugging anyone in the room at random...LOL...
