GOSH I am really stepping out my comfort zone here.... I feel really uncomfortable with some of these relaxation exercises and I was told that it was just the warm up for rehearsals.....LOL Todays warm up exercise, was going round kissing each other on the cheeks and hugging anyone in the room at random...LOL... My initial reaction was OH MY GOD I cant do this at random....its not natural plus I am ticklish.... .....then I see this guy running in my direction with his lips sticking out...blowing kisses and his arms wide open towards I...LOL....I have never ran to the LADIES sooo fast.....LOL ...and I thought giving a random MAN a neck, shoulder and back massage was tough.... Gosh I am really dreading tomorrow....these exercise are just too intimidate for I to conduct.....its stressing me out not relaxing I...!!!
