This well-established and locally owned restaurant is looking to add a Full-Time or Part-Time member(s) to the Kitchen team. Unlike many traditional restaurant kitchens, this fast-paced working environment is totally open to the guests view. Strong conversational skills are critical for engaging with our guests as part of the show. Personal cleanliness is expected. Ideal candidate will be organized, have common sense, remain calm under pressure and only be content in an incredibly clean workspace. Our online reputation on customer review sites is based on the comments about our exceptional food. Team member should be proud to be a part of seeing those comments continue. Skills: Kitchen Prep and Line experience REQUIRED. Culinary training is a plus. Serve Safe a plus. Read handwritten tickets (as needed). Follow menu specifications. Plays well with others. Be sure to re-read that introductory paragraph. Strictly enforced smoke-free property. Workweek is Tuesday through Saturday. Some additional hours may be required on off days for special events. Split shifts are to be expected. Competitive wage based on experience. Full Time workers (5 days/wk exceeding 27 hrs/wk) receive paid week during Annual Summer Staff Vacation.
