GOTV TO CONTINUE SPONSORING NETBALL: GOtv has pledged to continue sponsoring netball in the country, the only spotting activity that has place Malawi on the map. MuiltiChoice Malawi Marketing Manager Chimwemwe Nyirenda disclosed the news on Sunday at the end of this years GOtv Fast 5 Netball Champions League. “Let me assure the netball fraternity that GOtv is coming back next year in a bigger and more exciting way. We are very proud to be associated with the development of netball in Malawi and we will continue to play a crucial role in the development of the sport, “said Nyirenda. Nyirenda also hailed Netball Association of Malawi (NAM) for running the competition Professionally. On her part, Minister Youth and Sports Development Grace Chiumia applauded GOtv for sponsoring netball in the country and she urged other companies in the country to follow suit. Meanwhile Tigresses are this year’s winners with 40 points followed by Diamonds.
