Reference: Cabinet Decision No. 186/14/2014, dated 16.10.2014. Government Order No. 1061-GAD of 2014 Dated: 16.10.2014 Sanction is hereby accorded to the counting of past service rendered by the migrant substitutes prior to their regularization, for the purpose of pensionary benefits only, provided that the total qualiwing service shall not exceed 28 years.
