(GOVERNOR WAMBORA: I watched on awe last week when Kipchumba Murkomen rose to say how disappointed he was that the high court had chosen to ignore the practical realities of the case and instead focus on the technicality of its filing: if indeed that is the case, it is unfortunate. BUT what I found funny is how quickly they forget!! Isnt it the same lot that congratulated the same judiciary for throwing away CORDs plea at the court of appeal when democracy was in trial? Didnt they celebrate when Mutunga announced that CORD had filed late and for that matter, the evidence wouldnt be admissible? When all exhibits and arguments pointed at a rigged election...but were ignored?? How quickly they forget!! But circumstances will keep reminding each one of them - whether they admit it or not!!!
