In the warning of Paul to Timothy as a father on how to live a perfect christian life and what to teach the church he oversees. Paul made it known to his son what to avoid and what to follow after as his dear son in Christ Jesus and as a man of God. Who are the man of God? Are they those who put on collars,or workers in the church or those who profess to be His servant,or one carrying bible all over the places? Let bible interpret itself. Psalm103:21,show us whom the real man of God is, Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure. The man of God is he/she that does the pleasure of God. For that is what you were created for, Rev4:11 says,Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. If you are living for His pleasure then you are His man,He cherish you more than anything when you do the pleasure of His heart. By following after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness,you are doing the pleasure of Him,for that is what Christ lives for. And nothing is called His pleasure than for you to show Him love from your heart by following His word as He lead you by His spirit. Whoever keep His faithful saying does His pleasure and those are the one He recognised as His man. Are one of His? Are you doing HIs pleasure by keeping His word? May His word make you His pleasure IJN,I love U.
