In return for a 2 year contract, the successful candidate will get a thorough grounding in these aspects of the business, which will considerably enhance their profile and may contribute towards post-graduate training. The reason for the 2 years, is that this may well dovetail with any such course, but more importantly to guarantee continuity for this project. Anyone who does not have a specific interest in these areas will simply use it as a 6 month stepping stone i.e. leave before they can make an effective contribution, which will defeat the object of the exercise.
