GRASS LAKE SHOOT CANCELED We regret to announce the official prize shoot at grass lake has been canceled. There will still be some people there but due to the lack of interest there will be no prizes. Currently there are 4_5 boats coming The BAI funds itself mainly thru taking a portion of the shoots entry fees to pay for insurance. In turn the BAI supplies the shoots with food and door prizes. We only have prizes for 4 shoots each year. If local bowfishers do not support the shoot the BAI will be unable to funid itself thru small entry fees. So, if local bowfishers dont come to a shoot we must give those prizes to a shoot that will draw participants. Grass lake and the chain once had many bowfishers and this shoot would draw at least 15 boats. But there is not the same local interest there in bowfishing so we will name a different shoot the AMS shoot and award the bow there. We hope one day the interest in our great sport will once again be strong in the Chain of Lakes so we may return a prize shoot to the area!
