GRATITUDE (6/29/13) • My rotator cuff surgery (left shoulder), yesterday was a success! • Thanks, Barry, for your TLC & delicious lasagna as I recover from surgery. • Dr James Bell & his Team • Today is the beginning of my summer vacation as I recover from my surgeries. Looking forward to exploring my creativity & enjoying the company of good friends. • Beautiful sunrise this morning! • Air Conditioning, Fans, Caps & Visors, Swimming Pools, Shade • Smiles & Hugs :-) • Called my mom & dad after my surgery yesterday & enjoyed chatting . . . • Recovery, Fellowship, Good Friends, Unconditional Love, my Sponsor, & the Steps • Patience, Understanding, Compassion, Empathy, & Acceptance • The gift of SERVICE • Peace of mind, serenity, joy/pain, happiness/sadness, & most of all, LOVE. • Inspiration, Imagination, &the myriad of opportunities to express myself creatively each day • My 8:30 AA Meeting @ Sunny Dunes (Rim Rock) • Wisdom, Intelligence, & Sanity • Honesty, Integrity, Responsibility • Authenticity • A heightened sense of awareness and clarity to follow my heart, walk in the Light, and shine my Light every step of my journey ... • Another beautiful day in paradise! • PEACE Have a great weekend, everyone!!!
