GREAT ALLIANCES is looking for a qualifies candidates to fill the position of RA&QA Manager who will report directly to Country Manager. The salary for this position will be offering to a successful candidate between USD2,000 to USD2,500 per month. We need someone from Pharmaceutical industry who have experience dealing with Ministry of Health. Here are below: Primary Duties: Regulatory Affairs • Liaise with Ministry of Health as required by the company • Handles registration/ renewal/ variation of pharmaceutical product • Handles registration/ renewal of Manufacturer site • Handles Notification of cosmetic product • Complies with product importation requirements • Represents the company in Pharma Industry association/ meetings • Ensure company’s compliance with government regulations governing license to operate. Quality Assurance • Ensure the implementation of company ,Quality policies, standards and guidelines • Develop appropriate quality policies, standards and procedures to support MOH requirements and principal quality agreements. • Ensure the effective implementation of an Internal Quality Audit • Ensure the effective implementation of a complaints management • Communication and coordinate with VN QM Manager by response to external parties (principals, regulatory agencies, external auditors, …etc) on Quality – related activities.
