Found abandoned in an apartment with his housemate Fanta (A1024920), Pepper is an adorable low rider, possibly with some boxer in his family tree. Just look at that little face! Pepper pulls on the leash, so he will benefit from a harness and/or some leash training; he loves treats, so with positive reinforcement training he should learn quickly. He sits when asked, and takes treats hungrily. A bit too thin in my opinion, his coat is clean and groomed, his eyes soft and welcoming. He seems to like other dogs we passed, his tail waving in an appropriate hello, although in group he doesnt really engage at this point. Off-leash in the pen he draped himself in my lap for some kisses, and followed me around the pen, sitting when I stopped walking, looking up for a treat. You know he got one! Pepper is a handsome little guy, gentle, affectionate and happy to be with his person. Ask to meet him today....he very likely could be the dog youve always wanted by your side!
