GREAT FEEDBACK for one of our caregivers, Alma Zapien: Alma was absolutely wonderful. My grandmother really likes her. Alma was able to talk my grandmother into having her hair washed. (I could not convince her but Alma told her how pretty she was going to look and got it taken care of). Remember my grandmother is 96. Alma also assisted with her nails which were in need of help. My grandmother was also very comfortable with Alma getting her changed and settled. She is truly a good person, and all around great and very patient at what she does. - Larry B.
