GREAT INSIGHTS FOR SINGAPURA FROM A GREAT COUPLE!! YT Cheng and Lucy Cheng are 2 of the most amazing people you can ever meet. They not only hosted us in Johor Bahru, but we also spent a whole afternoon learning from them about very valuable insights for our Singapura Libretto and Production Design. Although business people and not theatre persons, they nevertheless shared a lot of interesting activities that go on in a KOPI TIAM. Loy and Joel, you will be pleased with what I learned (check out the photo where YT and I were sipping coffee. You will be surprised at what we were doing). They also shared intriguing thoughts about romantic relationships between races (Chinese and Brits, or with Malays and Indians, etc)!!! Thank you, YT and Lucy for your kindness, hospitality and warmth of friendship! This calls for special seats for you both and Eunice on Opening Night!!!
