GREAT NEWS.. have worked best part of today with Marine Mammal scientist DR ROSE ( she was the expert on CNN Anderson Cooper, after Black Fish a few nights ago) and international wildlife lawyers to pull together a white paper for our Minister of Tourism to present to Parliament tomorrow as an early step in trying to establish a law in Antigua and barbuda for NO CAPTIVE MARINE MAMMALS ever again on this twin island state. It still needs to be adapted by Antiguan lawyer John Elie Fuller. A Lot has happened in 3 weeks since this started!
