GREAT news for me today! There is new bone growth and the bone has been fusing nicely, SOOOOO, no more heavy boot for me! Pete will happy not to hear the velcro open and close every time I put the boot on/ take the boot off to get up during the night to walk to the bathroom. A little slow at walking, but it feels great and I am still being cautious. I tend to rush around and be klutzy. No bare feet or flip flops for me this summer. :)
