Last load goes in at 9 p.m. Clothing is also available at the Greeley Wesleyan Community Outreach Center, 908 11th Ave. Visit from 1:30-3 p.m. Thursday and 9-11 a.m. Friday. » Journey Christian Church, 4754 W. 31st St., will have new and used clothes daily from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. They also have boxed food and water, toiletries, mobile urgent medical care, towels, bedding and paper goods. They will serve dinner from 6-8 p.m. every day through Friday, and starting today showers will be available. » Hillside Pool, 1414 27th St. in Greeley, is open for use of showers and facilities for Evans neighbors who are in the no-flush zone. Please bring your own towel, shampoo, soap, etc. » Any Weld County resident whose private well has been impacted by flooding can have their well water tested for free for potability. Residents can pick up a sample bottle and lab form at the Weld County Department of Public Health & Environment, 1555 N. 17th Ave., in Greeley, or the Southwest Weld County Offices, 4209 County Road 24½, in Longmont. All samples, with the complete lab form, must be returned to the Weld County Department of Public Health & Environment offices in Greeley, 1555 N. 17th Ave. For other questions regarding the safety of your well water, call (970) 304-6415. » Flood victims in Weld County are eligible for federal aid. To register, call 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or visit disasterassistance.gov. To register, the following information must be available: Social Security number (including spouse’s), private insurance information, if available, address and ZIP code of the damaged property, directions to the damaged home or property and telephone number where FEMA can reach you. » If you or anyone in your family is experiencing any trauma, mental health or substance use disorder crisis because of the flooding, contact North Range Behavioral Health. Flood victims in need can visit their offices between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Those coming to collect clothes are asked to park on 12th Street, and make sure they come in through the New Horizons door. New Horizons shares the building with State Farm. » Aims Community College is offering a resource fair for flood victims from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. today at the Aims College Center. United Way of Weld County as well as other organizations will be there to assist students who may have been impacted by the flooding. Aims also has opened up the showers in its gymnasium to Aims students who might live in Evans’ no-flush zone. TO HELP » Those interested in volunteering or making a donation to those affected by the Colorado flood can do so by dialing United Way of Weld County at 2-1-1, or (866) 760-6489. » Food and volunteers are needed at the Weld Food Bank. Food donations can be brought to 1108 H St. in Greeley. The food bank is open for donations from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The food bank also needs volunteers to help sort and safety check food and build emergency food boxes. More information to come on when volunteers can help. » Bella Romero Elementary School is no longer accepting any donations for flood relief. Please take all new and used clothing items to Journey Christian Church, 4754 W. 31st St. The church will be accepting donations for new and used clothes from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Please do not bring any other items to the church. Absolutely no electronic equipment or large items such as furniture will be accepted. » Greeley-Evans School District 6 is accepting cash donations, which are tax deductible, or new shoes, socks and underwear for children ages 4-18. Please do not bring any used items. Donations will be accepted at the administration building, 1025 9th Ave., Greeley. All cash donations will be used to purchase items directly for students in need. » New Horizons and Associates is having a clothing drive for victims of the flood. Please bring clothing, coats, hats and gloves and basic toiletries to 3527 W. 12th St. from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call Loni Ferrier with questions at (970) 689-1192. » Fritzler Corn Maze will accept donations of clothing and non-perishable food when they open Saturday, and through the month of September, at 20861 Weld County Road 33, LaSalle. Monetary donations will go through the Journey Christian Church Flood Relief Fund, and food donations will go to the local food bank. » The Aims Foundation is accepting cash gifts for a students’ flood emergency fund, and it has created a textbook fund to replace lost or damaged books.
