GREEN PASTA IN A BOTTLE Ingredients Pasta - 400g any pasta of your choice boiled with salt and oil and drained.. Spinach leaves without stalk- one whole bunch Tulsi leaves - about 10 Mint leaves - 10 Garlic - a handful chopped Green chillies- about 3 Almonds-10 Fresh cream - 1/2 cup Maggie vegetable stock cube-1 Olive oil or any oil of your choice Salt Method Boil some water..switch off the gas . Add the spinach leaves and remove them from the water immediately.. Powder almonds and then grind it with spinach, tulsi, mint leaves and green chillies Heat oil in a pan.. Add the garlic and fry till it becomes brown. Remove the garlic from the oil. To this add the ground paste and sauté to get rid of any raw taste. Now add the cream and maggie cube.. Add salt if required... Now add the cooked pasta . Mix well... Enjoy your pasta.. Plate it or bottle it..:)
