GREETINGS POSITIVE PEOPLE, As this year progresses some teachers and other employees in the workforce are very troubled because of hearing the shocking news...... “YOUR CONTRACT WILL NOT BE RENEWED”. As friends and families of these teachers and other workers we feel sad. However, these persons need to understand that the sudden adverse reports and appraisals about them are ‘SPIRITUAL TRIALS.’ The person who fabricates these sudden shocking negative appraisals are akin to the fire which purifies the metal. They are aware that the negative appraisals can affect the person’s integrity but they are not bothered. Therefore it is imperative to defend your integrity. It is not that the employee does not want to be appraised but they prefer an authentic appraisal process. If you are guilty of attempting to ‘get rid’ of others through fabricating stories or charges against them… you need to stop it! Hurting people will not earn you a place in the ‘GREATER REALITY’.
