GRIEVANCE DEMANDS TO BE SET UPON WHITE HOUSE TO BE MET BY JULY 4, 2013 - Articles of Association II – Citizens Grievances and Demands BY PATRIOTS FREEDOM NETWORK....DEMANDING IMMEDIATE RESIGNATION AND 20 REQUIREMENTS TO BE FULFILLED WITH COURSE OF ACTION BY CITIZENS OF U.S. IF RESIGNATIONS ARE NOT MET... PATRIOTS...ARE YOU SET TO BACK YOUR WORD ... IF THESE DEMANDS ARENT MET??? EXCERPTS: ...We will edit the document from today until 2-15-14 where we will go over it, edit it as a people – and mold it until we are satisfied enough to put it before the White House at which time if our grievances are not redressed before July 4, 2014 – we will engage the consequences we list in it... ... immediate resignation on behalf of the President of the United States – Barack H. Obama, the entire Executive Branch of the United States Federal Government and the resignation of any congress person who has entertained illegal activities and the passing of unconstitutional laws such as the Affordable Care Act – who failed to read the entirety of legislation being proposed to them and voting without a full knowledge of the violations contained within it against the citizens of the United States. The immediate resignation of the aforementioned entities will prove the most speedy, effectual and peaceable measure: and, therefore, we do, for ourselves as citizens of the United States of America, whom this grievance represents, firmly agree and associate, under the sacred ties of virtue, honor and love of our country as follows: 1.) That from and after the fourth day of July of the year 2014, we will not comply with the procedures outlined by the Federal Government with regard to the Affordable Care Act. 2.) We will not comply with free speech zones as prescribed by the Nation’s capitol and will proceed with our First Amendment right to peaceably assemble in our Nation’s capitol and elsewhere throughout the nation in order that the grievances contained within this document are redressed by those in power within the United States of America. 3.) We will not comply with the continuation of agreement of paying any type of tax to the Federal Government as listed in the current laws. We believe that because our rights have been violated, the contract set forth for us to follow is now rendered void until such time that our grievances listed in this document are met and redressed. 4.) We will not comply with the direction of any entity that has not gone through the auspices of congress per our US Constitution – even if those entities have put in place any type of policy with the weight of law. Examples of this type of activity will be the non-compliance with EPA regulations and anything having to do with the now defunct Commerce Clause. 5.) We will no longer comply by allowing illegal immigrants to purchase our nation’s goods. We will not allow them to attend our public school events. We will no longer give them aid in any shape, form or fashion – including employment under any Unconstitutional regulation. We the people will no longer sell to those illegal immigrants any of our private business goods or allow them in our places of business. 6.) As a non-compliance agreement, strictly adhered to, will be an effectual security for the observation of the non-compliance of using Genetically Modified Food Products which are detrimental to the American Citizen’s health and will not be forced by any Unconstitutional law or policy forcing us to consume or purchase their products. 7.) We will cease to comply with any regulation that holds with it the intent to restrict any United States citizen the right to bear arms. Included in this non-compliance agreement, we will openly bear arms in public, in private and on the grounds of our Nations Capitol in a non-violent manner until such time that we are forced to act in a violent manner compelling us to move toward civil unrest and revolution. 8.) Such as are merchants, and use the trade arrangements made for us as United States Citizens, will give orders as soon as possible, to their factors, agents and correspondents, in the United States, not to ship any goods on any pretense whatsoever, to any entity that violates our inalienable rights, as they cannot be received in America; and if any merchant residing in the United States, shall directly or indirectly ship any goods, wares or merchandise, for America, in order to break the said non-compliance agreement, or in any manner contravene the same, on such unworthy conduct being well attested, it ought be made public and on the same being so done, we will not, from thenceforth, have any commercial connection with such merchant. 9.) That such as are owners of vessels (trucking industry) will give positive orders to their employers, not to receive on board their vessels any goods prohibited by the said non-compliance agreement on pain of immediate dismissal from their service. 10.) Such as are citizen consumers, and users the banking industry, will give orders as soon as possible to their financial institutions, to close their bank accounts and withdraw every penny as well as to cease payment on any debt owed until redress of this document’s grievances are discussed by the United States Federal Government – and until such time that a budget is put forth that is in the best interests of the American people and an explanation given by the Executive Branch of the Federal Government of the United States of America about such budget and how it came to be that several years running now, we have gone without a budget – and a contingency plan set in place through an Article V Convention of States that will not allow this to happen again. 11.) We will use our utmost endeavors to cease using the American form of treasury note and resort to the use of barter and trade as well as developing a new type of currency to be used within the borders of the United States of America until such time that the Federal Government of the United States of America redresses the grievances put forth in this document. 12.) We will, in our several stations, encourage frugality, economy and industry; and promote agriculture, arts and the manufactures of this country, especially that of food, technology and clothing; and will discountenance and discourage every species of extravagance and dissipation, especially all horse racing, all kinds of gaming, insider trading, exhibitions of shows, plays and other expensive diversions and entertainments; and on the death of any relation or friend, none of us or any of our families will pay any type of tax with regard to said death and will encourage open prayer in our public school system. 13.) We will not comply with common core standards set forth for our public education system and our children and will pull our children out of the public school system regardless of any law or policy stating otherwise until the grievances contained within this document are redressed. 14.) We will not comply with the payment of over-taxed prices of fuel in this nation and will encourage the use of horse and buggy if need be until such time that the grievances contained within this document are redressed. We will discourage the use of fuel and grid operations of electricity and will encourage the use of wood heat and off-the-grid electrical systems and Tesla Energy for transportation and electricity – and will furthermore begin manufacture of such products as lower rates that are affordable to the citizens of this country without the threat or intimidation of retaliation or penalty from the United States Government or any entity associated with it and will take up arms against those entities that attempt to disable any citizen’s attempts at doing so. 15.) Such as are vendors of goods or merchandise will not take advantage of scarcity of goods, that may be occasioned by this association, but will sell the same at rates that still allow for the need for survival that we have been respectfully accustomed to prior to the price hike of 2008 and increase of Unconstitutional Taxing. And if any vendor of goods or merchandise shall sell any such goods on higher terms, or shall, in any manner, or by any device whatsoever violate or depart from this agreement, no person ought, nor will any of us deal with any such person, or his or her factor or agent, at any time thereafter, for any commodity whatever. 10.) In case any merchant, trader or other person shall import any goods or merchandise after the 4th day of July, 2014, and before the first day of January 2015, the same ought forthwith, at the election of the owner, to be either re-shipped or delivered up to the committee of the county or town, wherein they shall be imported to be stored at the risk of the importer, until the non-compliance agreement shall cease, or be sold under the direction of the citizens committee aforesaid; and in the last mentioned case, the owner or owners of such goods shall be reimbursed out of the sales, the first cost and charges, the profit, if any, to be applied towards relieving and employing such poor inhabitants of the nation, as are immediate sufferers by the nation’s non-compliance bill; and a particular account of all goods so returned, stored or sold to be inserted in the public papers; and if any goods or merchandise shall be imported after the said dates, the same out forthwith to be sent back again without breaking any of the packages thereof. 11.) That a committee be chosen in every county, city, and town, by those who are qualified to vote for representatives in the legislature, whose business it shall be attentively to observe the conduct of all persons touching this association; and when it shall be made to appear, to the satisfaction of a majority of any such committee, that any person within the limits of their appointment has violated this association, that such majority do forthwith cause the truth of the case to be published in the newspaper; to the end, that all such foes to the rights of America may be publicly known,and universally condemned as the enemies of American liberty; and thenceforth we respectively will break off all dealings with him or her. 12. That the committee of correspondence, in the respective states, do frequently inspect the entries of their custom houses, and inform each other, from time to time, of the true state thereof, and of every other material circumstance that may occur relative to this association. 13. That all manufactures of this country be sold at reasonable prices, so that no undue advantage be taken of a future scarcity of goods. 14. And we do further agree and resolve, that we will have no trade, commerce, dealings or intercourse whatsoever, with any state in the nation, which shall not accede to, or which shall hereafter violate this association, but will hold them as unworthy of the rights of freemen, and as inimical to the liberties of their country. And we do solemnly bind ourselves and our constituents, under the ties aforesaid, to adhere to this association, until the grievances in this document are redressed; since the close of the last revolutionary war, as impose or continue or continue duties on merchandise or product within the United States of America, and extend the powers of congress beyond their prescribed limits, oppressing the citizens of the United States of America of the pursuit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as well as the inalienable rights being infringed upon as listed in the lawful Constitution of the United States of America and those grievances listed above.
