GROUP INPUT NEEDED: Looking for advice, Still paying the last 2 lawyers since my ex had me back in court. I had cancer and my husbands work health insurance premiums went through roof. Had trouble qualifying for anything we could afford. Found a plan, but not as much coverage as what I had had for my kids and I- no dental or mental health. My ex lost some of his rights including psychological/counseling but was still ordered to pay. He now claims his lawyer agrees that he no longer has to pay any medical premium, part of dr bill or medication because he found a loophole that says I do not have equal insurance to when we divorced. Can he do this? Is their anyone who can help without us having to hire another lawyer we can not afford? I dont understand how the courts keep forcing our children to see him, yet every chance he gets he gets out of financial responsibilities. Thanks.
