GRUBERITIS: This chronic disease (AKA Liberal Academic Elitism) which was already an epidemic on college campuses across the United States, particularly pervasive among Ivy league economics, law, history and political science departments, was initially carried into leftist American political circles and democratic congressional circles by a Harvard graduate named Barak Obama. The disease is also spread by contact with infected judges, professors, pseudo-journalists and propagandists masquerading as political analysts. Gruberitis is thought to be an offshoot mutation of the Political Correctness virus. The disease is characterized by feelings of smug arrogance, and inflated ego and apparently bolstered by underlying white guilt, privilege and over-education. There seems to be a common trait among carriers of the disease to avoid actual work (particularly in the private sector). Those afflicted with Gruberitis seem to rapidly develop a weird compulsion to sniff their own farts and enjoy the gas of other elitist leftys and often exhibit seemingly uncontrollable bouts of self-congratulation, eye-rolling and childish giggling. In the advanced stages of Gruberitis the subject resorts to ends justifying the means rationalization, deception, pathological lying, constant obfuscation and what they believe to be the tricking of stupid minorities, hicks and religious types into doing whats good for them, followed by more delirious self-congratulation. Gruberitis is named for Jonathan Gruber, the main architect of Obamacare, the ill-fated health care related ponzy tax scheme passed into law in 2008 by (according to Gruber) deceiving the stupid voters of America using made up statistics, deceptive language, overwhelming legalese, bribery and bait-and-switch tactics - all of which he attributes to his super-intellect. Gruber, an ivy league economist, was paid well over two million dollars as an advisor and architect of the Obama Affordable Care Act.
