GSD GRETYL SURGERY UPDATE: Gretyls Persistent Right Aortic Arch (PRAA) surgery was very long, but she did really well and is sleeping comfortably and soundly at Westheimerac Bellaire. Dr Huddlestons skilled hands were needed more than ever today and I can never tell him what this particular surgery did for my heart (as well as Gretyls). Cannot wait to see how she is doing tomorrow and will try to get a picture. Please do keep her in prayers as we now see how she can do in coming days, weeks and months. We are working hard to find a long term foster that can give her the love, care and ME mgmt she needs while recovering. IF you know anyone seriously interested, please email me at [email protected]. The home must either have an ME experienced person or one that is nearby, MUST have an ME experienced DVM within range and accessible, quieter surroundings (doesnt need very young children or large pack in the home right now), she is great with dogs and probably cats as ignored two in front of us, etc.
