GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE ADMISSION PROCEDURE For Undergraduate Programme Session 2013-14 1. Register by entering code number as provided on top right corner of Annexure-1 Form enclosed with the prospectus which you have purchased. You need to also enter your personal details including email address. Email address should be valid as it will become your username and will be used in future correspondence.An email will be sent to you with a user name and password on the same email address. 2. After logging in the Online Admission System by using username and password, you will be required to fill in the remaining details. Please select your Board and group (Pre-Engineering or Pre-Medical) carefully as the System will only display such categories in which you are eligible to apply. 3. You may also apply for any additional categories for which you are eligible. For each additional category, you are required to pay Rs. 400/-. 4. After filling the Online Form, print and sign the Application Form. All information is available for editing till the issuance of Admit card. Once Admit card is issued, all your entered information will get frozen. If information is edited at any later stage (before issuance of Admit Card); then printout of latest Application Form will be accepted. 5. Submit the printed and signed Application Form along with following at Admission Office, Main Campus, NED University: a, Duly filled in Anexure-1 and Annesure-2 Forms (available in the prospectus) b, All required documents including recent photographs c, One bank draft or pay order of the indicated amount (including Rs. 1000/- as processing fee, Rs. 400/- for each additional category) d, Bank Draft or Pay Order as Self-Finance Fee; if applicable. Separate Bank Drafts will be required for each Self-Finance category. 6. After issuance of Admit Card; at any later stage (before the due date) you may apply for additional category(ies) for which you are eligible. You will have to print the latest application form again (now showing your selected additional category along with details), sign and re-submit it to the Admission Office, Main Campus, NED University along with the admit card already issued and pay order or bank draft of Rs. 400/-(for each additional category selected later).
