Order in WP 52981/2013 In spite of the clear and short order dated 17.10.2014, instead of complying with that order, learned counsel has elaborated on what projects are being planned and which parties are being involved and all the submissions were made in future tense, without setting for the respondents themselves any timetable for any project or any programme. Such obfuscation in the matter of public interest, and health and hygiene of the residents of the city of Kalburgi (Gulbarga) can hardly be appreciated. Such pointless advocacy would not further the cause of the public. Ultimately, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has asked for time till end of the month, for presenting action plan, as envisaged in the previous order dated 17.10.2014. The petitioner continues to plead that, even after this Court taking cognizance of serious problem of solid waste management in the city, the problem is persisting. Hearing is adjourned to 28.11.2014 with the direction that if the action plan is not ready and not submitted before the Court on or before that date, the Commissioner of Gulbarga City Corporation shall remain personally present before the Court for assisting the Court in making appropriate further order.
