Gabriel Cabrera has just been arrested and charged with Assault on a Public Servant. As he was out shooting on his families land in the country the local authorities came onto the property because someone called and complained. They tried to search the property without a warrant and were asked to leave. A supervisor was requested and when he arrived the preceded to arrest Gabe. He will not have bail set until he sees the magistrate in the morning. Please call the Nueces County Jail and let them know we are not happy with their violation of his rights and breaking their oath to the Constitution. 361-887-2300
