Gah---that was rough Day 2 of month 1 in my SECOND round of max 30 is done. Not gonna lie I went into this round thinking...EHH I got this sh*t bc Ive been through it and even went through month 2 which was WAY crazier than month 1 but dang I was humbled yet again lol. Loving it though because this time around Im not having to modify much at all but by the end of the workout I could barely get my feet off the ground on this tuck jumps. This is real life though...Ill struggle through it and Ill end up stronger on the other side. Heres to getting into the best shape of my life mentally and physically in 2015 ❤️ What was your workout today?! How did u feel?! And How was your nutrition?!
