Gaining Islamic Knowledge Posted on January 16, 2013 Whenever I start typing on my tiny blog, I realise that how less I know and how much more I have to learn! Coming to the word “LEARN”, which can be sourced to a number of definitions; really spins my head round a pin. Because this five letter word is really huge! It’s huge when it comes to applying with the reality; training a human mind. Especially, one like mine. I spend hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds on Blogs, random googled websites, and of course YouTube, to add more alphabets, sentences and history and stories to my cerebrum. “Read! In the Name of your Lord Who has created (all that exists). He has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood). Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous. Who has taught (the writing) by the pen. He has taught man that which he knew not” [Quran, 96: 1-5] Most of my articles are on random stuff or “something related to some topic”. But lately I realized that I should work hard and try to know more and more about Islam as well. Seems like Islam is like a 24X7 stuff. So why not learn, blog and most of all carry out it in my life. When I watch videos on YouTube, read articles and history on Islam, I just completely dwell in the beauty of Islam. I was reading about the achievements and role by the women in the Islāmic History, and I found women doing wonders!They did things that women of 21st century can’t even imagine to do. My eyes just popped out of the socket when I read the Islāmic History.(I am definitely going to press an article about women of Islam and their roles, achievements and inventions under Islāmic society.) Just like Allah tells us in the above Ayahs that He has taught us what we knew not. He taught us how to read. He taught us how to trade. He made this whole world and everything (also the stuff that you notice around) He taught us the best of manners, And most of all He gave us the Book of Treasures! -Quran-~ which was sent by the leader of all the prophets. So why don’t we try to look up at the divine guidance, which will make us successful here and in the hereafter. Imagine getting a
