Gajar ka halwa with ice cream.. take 3 carrot wash n grate it,Heat 2 tbsp. ghee fry 8 kaju n 8 raisins remove in same ghee fry 5 min carrot n then cook for 20 min in sim gas till cooked, then put sugar to taste 1 tsp cardamom pwd charoli n cook again till sugar melts,then put 1/2 cup milk n cook till it dry put again 1 tsp ghee n cook nicely put fried kaju n raisin mix ,chilled n serve with ice cream, yummyyyyyyyy ...............
