Galatians 2:20: I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh (natural body) I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. Jesus did not give His life so that you could have YOUR life – He gave His life so that you could have HIS life. Some argue that it is the same, but I assure you, it’s altogether different. It goes back to what I’ve said before: Jesus didn’t come to change your life, but to exchange His life for yours. The thinking of the first perspective leads one to live a carnal Christian life. The second, on the other hand, leads one to daily die (consign themselves to the death of the human nature Christ crucified at Calvary) and thereforeallow Christ to manifest His supernatural life through their mortal bodies. In this, they choose to count ALL THINGS as loss compared to the richness of allowing the life of Christ to override all fleshly desires and emotions. ~A.V. Wolf
