Galatians 5:13-15 ESV ~ For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” But if you bite and devour one another, watch out that you are not consumed by one another. ~ Not every Scriptural Word flows sweet with honey. Some remind us that our own vicious behavior can invite a devastatingly responsive sting or vicious, vengeful bite from that or those we choose to attack. Father, in this hour, I submit my strength to Your will and my Enemy to Your hand. Be the Champion of my challenge and the Conqueror of my contestant. Replace my wrath with Your Righteous path, tame my tongue with Your timeless Truth and direct my day in Your Divine way! Engage my enemy as I walk in the power of Your protection! May my vindication come in YOUR victory, not the illusion of mine! I come in Your name! Be magnified and be glorified, that I may BE blessed! © Dale Golden
