Galatians 5:22-23 Amplified Bible (AMP) 22 But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, 23 Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge]. These are the fruits that we as believers must posses! Not one, not two, but all! Love is the first fruit in which all the other fruits are birthed! Without Love...it is impossible to bear any fruit of the Spirit! Develop daily in Gods Love, and the rest will follow! Doesnt matter if your an Apostle, Pastor, Evangelist, Teacher, Prophet or just a usher, choir director, worship leader, pew member...our gifts, talents and Callings must be operated by the fruits of the Spirit! 1Corinthians13:1-2 If I [can] speak in the tongues of men and [even] of angels, but have not love (that reasoning, intentional, spiritual devotion such as is inspired by God’s love for and in us), I am only a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have prophetic powers (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), and understand all the secret truths and mysteries and possess all knowledge, and if I have [sufficient] faith so that I can remove mountains, but have not love (God’s love in me) I am nothing (a useless nobody). Lord help us to walk in the Spirit that we may not fulfill the works of the flesh and flourish with your fruits of righteousness like tress planted by the rivers of water!
