Galatians 5:24-26 And they that are Christs have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. We are encouraged to offer our lives in service to God, but cautioned to not get caught up in becoming desirous of vain glory. (NKJV) Living by the Spirit of God means that you are ever transforming into who God is molding you to be in partnership with the Holy Spirit. This transformation is founded in Gods forgiveness, and our forgiveness working toward one another. Envy creates bitterness and false desires that seek to take us captive and distort how we treat one another as the body of Christ. Pray for each other and focus on how much God has done for all of us!
