Gallmann Mukutan Conservancy UPDATE: If anyone remembers the Elephant Appeal sent out by Kuki Gallmann during the summer, the photos were horrific and tragic. Poachers struck the Conservancy. Killing mothers & calves (leaving the ivory). Senseless killings. They needed to hire more rangers for protection. This is why 9 year old, Crosby Grace Kelly, walked. $10,000 = 10 rangers / 2 months. Crosby delivered her $10,000 (mere drop in the bucket towards the ivory crisis) to the conservancy. When the world answers the call, anything is possible.
