Heckman addressed the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce about how investing in our youngest children makes good economic sense. He was also interviewed by Krieger for NETV. He works at a place that is heavily invested in early childhood development. It should come as little surprise that he went to bat for the youngest of at-risk children when he testified before the Nebraska State Legislature in support of Sixpence.
