Galway football manager Alan Mulholland has kept faith with the same starting team that beat Down last weekend for this Sunday’s national league tie with Louth in Drogheda. Full back Finian Hanley is included despite the sad and sudden passing of his father Michael on Tuesday, while Eddie Hoare will once again lead the attack from centre forward. The team in full is: Tom Healy, Donal ONeill, Finian Hanley, Joss Moore, Gareth Bradshaw, Gary ODonnell, Paul Varley, Fiontan OCurraoin, Tom Flynn, Gary Sice, Eddie Hoare, Sean Armstrong, Michael Martin, Paul Conroy (Capt), James Kavanagh. The Galway hurling team to play Tipperary on Sunday will be announced this evening. We will have all the details at 7.45pm. Tipperary manager Eamon O’Shea has made 6 changes to his side that lost to Clare last weekend, with Conor OMahony, Padraic Maher, Conor Kenny, Patrick Maher, Seamus Callanan and Michael Heffernan all introduced to the team.
