Mass Axi Gye, the Minister of Fisheries, Water and National Assembly matters has been fired with immediate effect, the Freedom Newspaper can report. Mr. Gye received his dismissal letter today before close of business. Gye, who is an uncle to the newly appointed Information Minister Sheriff Bojang, has been replaced by Lamin Nyabally, the Secretary General and Presidential Affairs Minister. Mr. Nyabally in addition to his current portfolio, is going to oversee the Fisheries Ministry. Mr. Nyabally is Jammehs new darling. He is in the good books of the dictator for now.
